    Very Scarce

    A very scarce work, with no copies being held institutionally.

    In full brown cloth binding. 

    Written by the Rev. Benjamin Vale, a Church of England clergyman, and Rector of Longton, Staffordshire. 

    A book of prayers.

    Misprint to rear of title page, in which 'oy' is in place of 'of'. 

    Undated, dated from another work by the author, Early History of Egypt, held institutionally. 

    Condition

    In full brown cloth. Externally, smart. Bumping to the head and tail of the spine, with slight loss to the tail. Fading to spine, and spotting to boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with age toning. Ink inscription to title page.
