John Wyndham (1903-1969) is one of the most prolific British science fiction authors who penned his novels during the Golden Era of science fiction. Born John Wyndham Parkes Lucas Beynon Harris, he wrote under the names John Wyndham, John Benyon and Lucas Parkes. He is best known for The Day of the Triffids and The Midwich Cuckoos.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, lovely. Very slight shelf wear and fading to extremities. One or two very light spots to endpapers. Dust wrapper, very smart. The odd spot to front flap with a small area tide marking to lower joint of front wrap. Slight edge wear to extremities. Closed tear to spine two inches or so in length. One or two very minor handling marks.
