In the very scarce publisher's original unclipped dust wrapper.
A collection of tales from British man of letters Gerald Bullett, an essayist, short story writer, critic, poet and publisher who wrote both supernatural fiction and some children's literature.
Of these twenty-four tales, six are supernatural, while many of the others feature elements of horror.
All short story collections from Bullett are now scarce.

Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. Externally fine, and exceptionally vibrant. Dust wrapper age toned, with major handling marks to rear wrap. Edgewear to back strip head, with small closed tears to rear wrap tail, repaired with tape to the reverse. Internally, firmly bound. Spotting to first and last few leaves, with pages otherwise clean and bright.
