    The first edition of this work, handsomely bound in the publisher's original full calf.

    A catalogue of important figures in Bristol public life in the early 1930s. Each figure is presented in a small photographic portrait accompanied by a brief biography. With the work divided into fifteen professions, including 'Shipping and Corn Trade', 'banking and Insurance', Sport and 'Music, Dancing, etc.'.

    To the rear of the volume is an alphabetically arranged index of names and firms represented.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original full calf binding. Rubbing to spine head and tail. Internally, generally firmly bound though slightly strained towards rear. Pages clean and bright.
