A privately printed work limited to 250 copies. 

In the publisher's original boards. 

This very scarce biography contains a series of letters sent to the author from English poet, Philip Bourke Marston, who was the author's acquaintance for the last three years of his life. 

From Charles Churchill Osborne, who was introduced to Marston after writing a review of 'Wind Voices', his third and final volume of poems. 

With a newspaper clipping of an article on Marston by Edmund Gosse, from January 1927.

Condition

In the publisher's original boards. Externally, generally smart, with loss to the spine and discolouration and marks to the boards. Hinges are tender. With a previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown with the initials 'G. N'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with offsetting and a few spots to the front endpapers.
