A very scarce limited edition, privately published work.

This copy is number 15 of 106 copies produced.

This volume consists of five extracts made by A.W. Mathews from an unidentified collection published by John Dunton (1659-1733). Mathews' copy 'has no title page, nor are booksellers able to tell me about it'.

With the inscription 'To Mrs Kitchen with love from Slister, October 1926'.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth backed paper covered boards. Majority of paper label to front board lacking. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with back strip lightly age toned. Board perimeters lightly age toned. Inscription to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages lightly age toned, with light spotting.
