    Illustrated with a monochrome frontispiece and numerous in-text diagrams, illustrations and photographs. Collated, complete. 

    An introductory textbook outlining the basic scientific principles underlying agriculture, including soils, crops, plant physiology, and elementary animal husbandry. Intended for use in schools and agricultural instruction.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, smart. Slight splaying to boards, more so to front board. The odd minor handling mark. Slight discolouration to extremities and spine. Very slight rubbing and bumping to extremities. Previous owner's contemporary ink inscription to the half-title. Previous bookseller's discreet label to front paste down.
