With original pictorial boards, although detached.
A catalogue of the inscriptions found throughout Bunhill Fields burial ground, now a Grade I listed site, which operated between 1665 and 1854.
Bunhill Fields is mostly populated with nonconformists - any protestant who worshipped outside of the Anglican mainframe - and contains the grave of John Bunyan, Isaac Watts, and Daniel Defoe, and Susanna Wesley, mother of John and Charles Wesley, among others.
Condition
Bound in original pictorial boards. Externally, worn. Board detached from text block. First signature of text block loose, attached by single stitch - may detach with further handling. Rubbing to spine and extremities. The odd marks to boards. Bookplate to front paste down. Internally, overall firmly bound, with some weakness. Pages generally bright and clean.
